Archetype Leadership + Teams runs in-house emerging leaders programmes for New Zealand organisations.
For the people you're preparing for their first leadership role or who have recently started leading. We start with a half-day Introduction to Leading and can grow into a short series of modules.
It gives people the ideas and skills to step up well, before they're in the role and learning the hard way.
We have run workshops and programmes in-house for a range of emerging leaders in organisations including FCB New Zealand, Spark, Collab, PLUSMORE.
Why develop leaders before or as they step up
Most people are promoted into leadership because they're good at their job, then left to work out leading on their own. Helping them step into managing and leading means a better start for them and their team, better performance, and a stronger pipeline of leaders for your organisation.

How the programme works
The programme is built in steps, so you can start small:
It starts with a half-day Introduction to Leading.
Two to four further modules can follow, adapted from our team leader content to suit the group.
DISC profiles and one-to-one coaching can be added.
Because it's in-house, a programme is shaped around your organisation and the roles people are moving into. You can start with the introduction and decide on the rest later.

What it costs
The programme is quoted up front, and the half-day introduction is a small first step. An Archetype half-day morning leader workshop costs from $2,500 + GST. DISC profiles and coaching are optional and included in the quote if you want them.
