Tony works with a broad range of private, public and not-for-profit organisations, providing expert leadership and team development. An experienced leader himself, he has led individuals, teams and companies in the real world. Now he combines those real learnings with best-practice development.

Tony’s active leadership career began when he co-founded an international aid organisation in Europe in 1993 to procure and deliver medical aid during the war in Bosnia. A former General Manager, Managing Director and CEO, Tony’s active leadership career has included leading teams and organisations in New Zealand, Australia and across Asia from South Korea and Japan, to China, Singapore and India. Today, he is a company director and business tourism industry board chair.

Tony has guided teams and organisations in crises, through challenge and reinvention, and to world-class achievements. Over 23 years, he has learned valuable lessons from success and failure which inform his facilitation and consulting.

Originally from Nelson, Tony studied anthropology, economics, psychology, marketing and organisational psychology at Otago and Auckland universities. He has lived and worked in Wellington, Melbourne, Sydney, Hong Kong, Munich and Auckland.
