Emma’s real-world experience includes leading major transformation and culture programmes across both the public and private sectors. As Chief People Officer for Loyalty NZ and Connect360, she designed leadership frameworks, performance systems, and engagement strategies that supported large-scale change while keeping people connected and motivated.

A former Royal New Zealand Air Force officer, Emma combines discipline and structure with warmth and empathy. Her consulting and facilitation style is practical, evidence-based, and deeply human—helping leaders and teams navigate complexity with confidence and purpose.
