Leaders as Coaches is a one-day, in-house coaching skills workshop for managers and team leaders, run by Archetype Leadership + Teams for organisations across New Zealand.
Participants learn to coach their people rather than hand them answers, practising listening, questioning and the TGROW coaching model on real issues from their own work. Each person leaves with a written 30-day coaching plan. It runs at your premises or online.
