Growing as a leader is a journey. Every leader has areas of strength and capability. Each step, each new or evolved capability or confidence, builds on those strengths to create even more effective leadership skills, behaviours, mindsets.

Some areas of growth are comfortable, some are energising. Others can be challenging, requiring genuine reflection and a willingness to change and grow.

Leadership coaching is regular one-on-one discussion where the coach asks questions and offers views that trigger the coachee’s reflection and growth as a leader. Coaching is about thoughtful change, from small skills and behaviours to changing mindsets. It is often augmented through profiling, assessment tools and a development plan.

One-to-one leadership coaching is a highly effective way to grow as a leader, focusing entirely on the strengths and growth areas of the coachee’s unique leadership journey.
