Tony is an experienced, sought-after leadership and team development facilitator and consultant. He combines over 20 years of real-world leadership experience in New Zealand, Europe, Australia, and Asia with best-practice leadership and team development.
Tony works across a broad range of industries and sectors. He has extensive experience working with leaders in professional services industries, including law and accountancy, and a range of other sectors from high-end tech to public sector organisations.
Tony’s blend of real-world experience, leadership and team development expertise, and learning and development skillset, empowers leaders and teams of all levels to grow. His experience and expertise are supplemented by post-graduate studies in organisational psychology.
Tony combines facilitation with mentoring, coaching, and a genuine desire to see people grow through an engaging, motivating journey.
Tony has guided organisations in crises, through challenge and reinvention, and to world-class achievements. In 23 years of active leadership, he has learned valuable lessons from success and failure which inform his facilitation and consulting.
